Terms of Service

1. The service

Utramail provides a paid email address on the utramail.com domain together with a web interface and standard IMAP/SMTP access ("the Service").

2. Payment and activation

Utramail Pro is sold for a one-time fee shown on the pricing page. Payment instructions are sent to your contact email after registration. Accounts are activated after payment is verified, typically within 24–48 hours. The fee is non-refundable once the account has been activated.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Addresses are allocated first come, first served and cannot be transferred.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utramail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
