1. What we collect

To provide the service we store your name, your chosen @utramail.com address, the contact email you give us at registration, a hashed password, and the contents of your mailbox. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to operate Utramail: delivering and storing your mail, verifying payment, activating your account, sending service notices and responding to support requests.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not scan your mail for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to deliver mail (e.g. the recipient's mail provider) or by law.

4. Retention

Your mailbox is kept for as long as your account is active. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion at any time by emailing privacy@utramail.com.

6. Cookies

The public website uses no tracking cookies. The mail interface uses a session cookie that is strictly required to keep you signed in.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
